Decent TV but terrible customer service
TV has decent specs at an affordable price.
But I received a defective item (dead pixels and heating problem) and the handling is terrible. It took me more than 2 hours of conversation to convince the support team about replacing the item. I shipped the item within a day upon their request, and you have to wait until they evaluate the item. Good product but try buying in other stores.
